We hope that you will be 100% with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind and would like to return an item. So we try to make the returns process as simple and straight-forward as possible.
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can get in touch with us via email, phone or in writing and we will get the process started.
Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund for you.
Please note that we will only cover the postage costs in the event where we have made a mistake. We cannot cover the cost of a return where you have simply changed your mind.
