Trade-mart.co.uk will provide you with an accurate date on which the Goods will be delivered in all instances by various methods of communication. Where we are aware that the date for delivery may be delayed for any reason, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date, whilst explaining the reason for any delay. We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside our control. Trade-mart.co.uk only use national quality approved parcel companies so we expect no issues.

All necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods except where alternative arrangements have been otherwise agreed are the responsibility of the buyer

We respectfully request you examine the Goods on delivery as soon as reasonably possible to do so. If asked for a signature please add your comments accordingly.

If you wish to return Goods because they are damaged or unsuitable, we request that you do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We shall deliver the order to any address in the UK you may specify. (subject to appropriate instructions or directions being given). We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable. Our Shipping rates are published on our site. Please contact us for overseas rates.

If for any reason you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storing your order or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur. Should you fail to take delivery our contracted parcel companies shall re-attempt delivery twice before returning to www.trade-mart.co.uk.
